πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide education and training to both current and potential customers regarding Company products.

β€’ Perform clinical presentations, product assessments, and ensure timely clinical follow-ups at designated accounts.

β€’ Attend initial scans and follow up to fulfill customer service expectations.

β€’ Deliver product training and presentations to maximize product usage.

β€’ Establish and cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

β€’ Build and sustain connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), imaging administrators, and technical personnel at sites.

β€’ Keep up-to-date with imaging techniques, clinical information, and product data in the fields of diagnostics and radiopharmaceuticals.

β€’ Create and execute on-site training programs for PET customers.

β€’ Collaborate with sales and account management teams to guarantee positive customer experiences.

β€’ Contribute to territory business strategies, market share expansion, account profiling, targeting, and product conversions.

β€’ Offer clinical and technical support to customers and sales teams, providing consultative expertise for BED products.

β€’ Engage in on-label product demonstrations and approved educational presentations.

β€’ Assist marketing initiatives with relevant case studies and promote products at trade shows and conventions.

β€’ Maintain precise travel, expense, and sales records using Concur and CRM systems.

β€’ Travel within the designated Northwest territory and undertake additional duties as required by business needs.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of five years of experience in Clinical Applications in nuclear radiography or as a nuclear imaging technologist/nurse in a hospital or nuclear medicine imaging center.

β€’ Clinical experience is preferred, especially knowledge of nuclear radiography with relevant imaging or medical credentials.

β€’ Registration as a nuclear medicine technologist is preferred.

β€’ Must possess a valid driver's license without restrictions and be capable of driving a vehicle.

β€’ Must adhere to field sales credentialing requirements, including vaccinations, background checks, and a 10-panel drug screening.

β€’ Ability to travel up to 70%, with approximately 10–12 overnight stays per month.

β€’ Availability for some weekend work for sales meetings and industry-related events and conventions.
