Clinical Application Specialist – IGT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of clinical education for Image Guided Therapy (IGT) to Philips customers.

• Provide basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics across the designated region.

• Deliver onsite clinical services, education, and training.

• Assist customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and understanding new solution functionalities.

• Ensure readiness at sites by collaborating with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.

• Take ownership of the learning experience through customer consultations and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Provide exceptional onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.

• Update internal teams on project status, issues, and delays.

• Foster communication and collaboration among the learning audience.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions by modality and achieve advanced proficiency in specialization areas.

• Tackle and resolve various problems using sound judgment and suitable methods.

• Travel approximately 75% throughout the Central Zone, including driving, overnight stays, and air/train/bus travel as necessary.

• Occasional national travel may be required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist in cardiovascular or interventional radiology within a clinical environment.

• Prior experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is highly preferred.

• Current/active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or must obtain within 12 months of employment commencement.

• Certificate or associate degree required.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.

• A strong passion for technology and education in relation to patient care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation abilities.

• Capability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for a clinical position, with or without accommodation.

• Ability to work in an office/home office, remote setting, and in a hospital/healthcare environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.

• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.

• Capability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.

• May need to comply with vendor credentialing requirements.

• US work authorization is required; no current or future visa sponsorship is available.

• Must live in or be within commuting distance to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware.

• Must reside in a city within the territory that encompasses the majority of the customer base.

• Must be located within a one-hour drive of a major (non-regional) airport.
