This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology region.

• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer demands.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

• Provide compliant, customer-oriented interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive customer experiences.

• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer engagement.

• Complete all required AbbVie training and follow company policies along with OEC/Legal procedures.

• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

• Promote Imbruvica and Epkinly brand objectives and business targets.

• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

• Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies.

• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Capability to thrive within a highly cooperative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Determination and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging situations.

• Ability to operate a personal or company vehicle.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.

• Willingness to travel for business, both by air and vehicle.

• Capacity to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience in Account Management across any industry.

• Background in Specialty Pharmacy.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.

• People management or other leadership experience is desirable.

• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
