This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the strategic leader within the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Foster trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to offer integrated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Complete all mandatory AbbVie training programs.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong desire and capability to assume larger responsibilities more quickly than peers.
• Proven competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated persistence and determination with a strong history of success in challenging environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Capability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes via air or car.
• Ability to comply with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in Account Management (preferred).
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly with patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
