This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Promote Imbruvica and Epkinly brand objectives along with business goals.
• Create and implement a comprehensive territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Persistence and determination, with a history of success in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
• Valid driver’s license necessary.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Must fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, potentially including background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management in any sector is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Background in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
