This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +1 more state.
• Develop and execute business plans for the territory that are in line with brand objectives and overall business goals.
• Create strategic business plans that include measurable targets and actionable strategies.
• Allocate resources efficiently while adhering to compliant and ethical operating standards.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales targets.
• Present authorized disease-state and product information to clients in accordance with AbbVie Promotional Policy.
• Utilize sales analytics and customer insights to formulate strategic territory plans.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and approved resources.
• Stay informed about changes in the marketplace, developments in the territory, disease states, and product offerings.
• Maintain professional relationships with oncologists, nursing staff, office personnel, and stakeholders in oncology care.
• Collaborate effectively with territory partners, colleagues, extended teams, and external contacts.
• Create and execute call plans to meet metrics and enhance customer coverage and frequency.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and AbbVie policies.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• A minimum of 6 years of oncology sales experience, particularly with solid tumors, is preferred.
• Significant diagnostic experience may be taken into account.
• Experience in institutional hospital sales within an academic or large integrated system may be considered.
• Strong account management experience could be viewed favorably.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales expectations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both clear and effective.
• A consultative approach to selling.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must successfully pass AbbVie’s background check and any additional screenings required by institutions or health facilities.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe-driving requirements.
