Client Success Manager – Insurance Solutions

📋 Description

• Assist in nurturing client relationships from the onboarding phase to renewal.

• Encourage product adoption and facilitate workflow integration within client organizations.

• Align client objectives with measurable results utilizing ZestyAI solutions.

• Collaborate across various functions with Product, Risk Analytics, Data Science, Support, Marketing, and additional ZestyAI teams.

• Discover opportunities for enhancing product usage and expansion.

• Establish strong working relationships with underwriters, analysts, and product stakeholders.

• Manage regular client interactions, ensure follow-ups, and keep client priorities on track.

• Assist in business reviews, linking product adoption, usage, and results to client objectives.

• Track usage patterns and indicators of client health.

• Relay client feedback and requirements back to ZestyAI and coordinate appropriate responses.

• Partner with senior Client Success leaders on strategic client and team initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or direct involvement in the P&C insurance sector.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for engaging with clients directly.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify usage trends.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A keen interest in insurance workflows, analytics, and technology.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

• Curiosity and ease in utilizing AI tools to automate routine tasks, enhance efficiency, and optimize daily operations.
