This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of utility and energy efficiency program clients.
• Oversee client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of accounts.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of clients’ Demand Side Management (DSM) portfolios, regulatory environments, strategic goals, and business priorities.
• Maintain client relationships through regular virtual meetings and occasional in-person interactions.
• Set clear expectations for clients regarding best practices for implementation and program parameters.
• Manage clients, programs, and service offerings throughout program implementation while achieving high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Coordinate and facilitate utility client and prime implementer meetings as the representative of the Programs team.
• Communicate Power TakeOff’s expertise and unique services to client contacts.
• Oversee internal and external contributors, action items, timelines, risks, and contractual deliverables.
• Lead internal meetings with Program Delivery and Technical teams to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and take the lead on RFPs, RFIs, and other sales initiatives.
• Foster relationships with various stakeholders and collaborate with Program Delivery, Business Development, Commercialization, and Management teams.
• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively devise solutions.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action items, and ensure clear internal and external communications.
• Act as the primary contact during the launch process while ensuring prompt response times.
• Identify, propose, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Initiate strategies to mitigate risks associated with programs and timelines.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in client management.
• Experience in the demand side management (DSM) and energy efficiency sectors, particularly with utility client management.
• Strategic leadership capabilities with the ability to establish clear expectations, timelines, and priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on meticulous record-keeping and documentation management.
• Proven sales experience and an aptitude for identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
• Experience in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• An assertive approach and a readiness to tackle obstacles with innovative solutions.
• Capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Delegation skills and the ability to utilize subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Visionary thinking and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Prior experience in project management, product management, and data integration is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Atlassian and Salesforce products is an advantage.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, PMI-ACP, or CSM are desirable.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
