This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide assistance for high-touch accounts in legal, medical, and various other sectors and organizations.
• Oversee tasks related to the pre-, post-, and ongoing implementation of the InReach platform.
• Contribute to the effectiveness of Clients’ continuing education initiatives.
• Foster positive and significant relationships with Clients by exhibiting integrity and building trust.
• Work alongside Management to pinpoint enhancements concerning efficiencies, processes, and team success.
• Record and monitor all Client interactions.
• Deliver proactive service, solutions, and root cause analysis.
• Handle special projects as required.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Identify and relay threats, obligations, and opportunities to the Manager and Team.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to improve and resolve issues in the InReach platform.
• Drive revenue growth through organic development and Back to Base sales.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Client Success Management.
• 1 year of data entry experience (preferred).
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in mentoring client service representatives or peers.
• Proven ability in managing personal and professional commitments, including administration of break and lunch schedules.
• Experience in prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with effective written and verbal communication and advanced listening abilities towards clients and colleagues.
• Strong client-focused orientation and critical thinking skills to independently resolve complex client issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated capacity to remain patient, composed, and compassionate in de-escalating challenging situations to resolve conflicts both via email and phone.
• Proven interpersonal savvy, able to relate well to diverse individuals and collaborate effectively with client admins and all company teams.
• Recognize the importance of communicating time-sensitive information to clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify and suggest improvements that enhance efficiencies, improve processes, and support the overall success of the Team.
• Ability to comprehend clients' business objectives and identify opportunities for value expansion through thoughtful recommendations.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with fellow Team members.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Must exhibit strong integrity and trustworthiness.
• Driven to exceed revenue targets and goals.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred but not mandatory.
