Client Strategist

📋 Description

• Formulate a comprehensive SMS strategy for a diverse range of clients.

• Design engaging SMS campaigns, automations, and calls to action that resonate with clients’ brand identity and vision.

• Cultivate advisory relationships with clients.

• Implement marketing best practices and create innovative SMS marketing initiatives.

• Monitor, evaluate, and refine customer outcomes.

• Assist clients in scaling efficiently and effectively on the Postscript platform.

• Define SMS marketing best practices.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in Postscript products, services, and ecommerce marketing.

• Act as a consultant for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Generate revenue-boosting strategies in direct partnership with merchants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in the direct-to-consumer sector.

• Strong understanding of SMS, copywriting, and industry best practices.

• Practical experience with A/B testing and crafting persuasive copy.

• Proven background in e-commerce and e-commerce marketing.

• Experience in a client-facing role managing relationships with operators and engaging with decision-makers and senior stakeholders as needed.

• Proficient in optimizing workflows and overseeing intricate processes.

• Established ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven, metrics-focused approach.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Enthusiasm for assisting clients in comprehending and implementing ecommerce SMS strategies.
