This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect, organize, and assess detailed financial information from clients.
• Develop and deliver thorough financial plans for both prospective and current clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Conduct analyses that encompass retirement, cash flow, investments, education funding, Social Security, taxes, estate planning, wealth transfer, insurance, and risk management requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of client records and planning documentation to uphold compliance, continuity, service quality, and advisory experience.
• Create materials for clients, facilitate planning discussions, clarify recommendations, take notes, and monitor follow-up tasks.
• Collaborate with financial professionals to determine planning needs, formulate tailored recommendations, and execute financial strategies.
• Work together with internal and external specialists in investment, insurance, estate, tax, client service, sales support, and advanced sales.
• Enhance planning workflows, documentation standards, quality control, technology implementation, and team productivity.
• Oversee reporting metrics and manage projects.
• Investigate financial planning subjects and remain updated on pertinent industry best practices.
• Provide responsive, confidential, and professional client service while exemplifying sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, follow-through, and fiduciary principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in financial planning, finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a client-facing financial planning, wealth management, advisory, investment, or comparable financial services role.
• CFP® certification or in the process of obtaining the credential.
• Valid Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66 licenses required, or the ability to fulfill licensing requirements within the specified timeframe if applicable.
• Proficient with financial planning software such as eMoney, RightCapital, MoneyGuidePro, and the capability to learn additional systems.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, deliver accurate work, communicate professionally, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning.
