Client Services Vet Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Offer professional telephone triage services and general health advice for pets

• Assist clients with their appointment scheduling and inquiries

• Provide support to Greencross clinics across the nation

• Manage website inquiries and customer service requests effectively

• Aid in Pet Health Reminders and various business initiatives

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences while facilitating positive outcomes for patients

• Act as the primary contact for numerous pet owners on behalf of Greencross clinics throughout Australia

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing

• At least 4 years of experience in veterinary nursing

• Clinical assurance and a commitment to outstanding customer service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure

• Proficient in making accurate and timely telephone triage assessments

• Familiarity with RxWorks software

• Strong attention to detail

• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and protocols

• Ability to work autonomously while staying engaged with a remote team

• Excellent communication skills

• A genuine passion for assisting pet owners

• Must have a reliable internet connection, ergonomic workspace, and a quiet environment
