This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serve as the main contact and subject matter expert at SEI for a variety of investment manager clients during new business implementation and ongoing service interactions.
• Support clients in executing projects or initiatives related to Collective Investment Trusts, particularly focusing on alternative assets.
• Develop project plans and facilitate conference calls to manage the legal establishment, operational setup, and launch of a CIT.
• Strategically aid in the creation of processes or practices that enhance business efficiency and accuracy.
• Collect data and prepare presentations on new client product developments for the Trust New Business Committee to secure Trust Company approval.
• Oversee or assist management with additional CIT-related projects.
• Collaborate with team members to address client requirements effectively.
• Engage in IMS and corporate professional development sessions while identifying processes across the division and organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Employee Benefits, Investments, or Trust Administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with Geneva, Investier, Investran, and/or InvestOne is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products is preferred.
• Experience in project management is desirable.
• Understanding of collective investment trusts, fund of fund operations, or other pooled investment vehicles is a plus.
• Self-motivated with excellent decision-making capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Consistent and reliable attendance aligned with the demands of the position, business, and/or client needs.
• Eagerness to expand knowledge of the financial services industry by learning new concepts and systems and proactively applying them to day-to-day tasks.
