This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee administrative, managerial, and client relationship functions within Client Services for the designated area.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms in line with company policies.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and provide pricing support.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clients, including any potential issues and their relationship with the company.
• Handle contract renewals and negotiate new agreements.
• Lead strategic business planning and budgeting initiatives.
• Plan for staffing requirements, succession, bench strength, and new business opportunities.
• Foster relationships with clients, executives, internal teams, and business development efforts.
• Implement company personnel policies and adhere to staffing and training standards.
• Conduct interviews, hire new colleagues, and develop performance plans for staff.
• Perform colleague performance evaluations.
• Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to team members.
• Assist in maintaining quality programs.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Travel as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Advanced degree and/or professional designations (CPCU, AIC, ARM) are preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Three (3) years of experience as an Account Executive for national accounts.
• Five (5) years of experience in claims or supervisory roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation, liability, and disability insurance.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.
• Proficient in PC usage, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent analytical and interpretive abilities.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Proficient negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
