Client Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive support and solutions to BHG clients.

• Engage with customers across multiple communication channels.

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on BHG's offerings and products.

• Document customer calls, interactions, and inquiries using a CRM system.

• Cultivate strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal departments as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

• Strong critical thinking and outstanding communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to work independently.

• Proficient in navigating various software systems.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM EST.

• Experience in multitasking, pipeline management, active listening, and utilizing technology while maintaining a personal touch.
