Client Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct internal and external research (using the internet) to gather supporting information within the Data Management department.

• Categorize and identify information by recognizing differences and similarities.

• Collaborate with providers to obtain and verify essential information.

• Manage assigned provider data queues.

• Gain a thorough understanding of various products.

• Follow client-specific and Reliant protocols, scripts, and other requirements.

• Execute additional job-related tasks and special projects as needed.

• Support Senior Client Services representatives with client and administrative requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in health insurance and customer service.

• Experience in reaching out to providers through phone calls or other communication methods.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare policies and payment systems.

• Familiarity with claims workflow tools or systems.

• Proven experience in cross-team collaboration.
