This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Assist in the sales initiatives of associated Everence offices.
• Offer technical knowledge along with clerical and administrative support for financial consultants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, members, prospects, and staff.
• Utilize the Everence client database system (CRM) to oversee client information and office workflows.
• Stay informed about Everence investment and insurance offerings, paperwork, workflow systems, and compliance standards.
• Prepare investment reviews, correspondence, client reports, appointment materials, and mailings.
• Organize product forms, investment materials, compliance documentation, and client files in physical, CRM, and OnBase formats.
• Complete applications and service request forms using LaserApp and DocuPace; process and submit applications.
• Monitor pending trades and account activities; send confirmations and thank-you notes.
• Provide updates to consultants and clients throughout money movement processes.
• Address customer inquiries related to products and services.
• Process communication approvals via the Broker-Dealer compliance system.
• Schedule appointments, handle phone calls, and appropriately route calls.
• Execute clerical and office duties including filing, scanning, faxing, copying, mail handling, supply purchasing, and shredding oversight.
• Collect and submit expenses while managing office details.
• Oversee marketing and mailing initiatives along with other assigned projects.
• Input client data using Financial Profiles software.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and conference calls.
• Preferably possess at least two years of college education or specialized training.
• Previous experience in financial services or the insurance sector is advantageous.
• A minimum of two years of experience in administrative support is preferred, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Must have experience or a willingness to learn PC-based software applications.
• Proficient in telephone communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Awareness of confidentiality concerning sensitive information.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions effectively, calmly, and courteously.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with all contacts, both internal and external.
• Skill in handling challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proper grammar and spelling.
• Capacity to engage with the public in a professional and friendly manner.
• Enthusiastic alignment with Everence's mission.
• Preference will be given to candidates from KS; consideration for candidates from Denver, CO, Goshen, IN, or remote locations is also available.
