Client Service Analyst, Livechat, Turkish Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to clients through live chat or email inquiries.

• Deliver an exceptional and efficient customer service experience.

• Keep abreast of the company’s platform, products, and general market trends.

• Manage and follow up on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients.

• Convert customer needs into actionable feedback and appropriate solutions for management.

• Ensure seamless frontline operations and promptly report any discrepancies or potential risks to management.

• Continuously enhance team performance, operational efficiency, and overall processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of a diploma in business administration or business management is required.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on numbers, statistics, and numerical analysis.

• Ideally, 2–4 years of experience in customer service.

• Training or experience in frontline operations, including live chat and email support.

• Experience in financial institutions or fintech is a plus.

• Proficiency in English and Turkish for both communication and writing.

• A strong desire to develop knowledge and pursue a long-term career in fintech or crypto trading firms.

• Ability to work effectively as a team member; motivated and committed.

• Willingness to work 5 days of shift work, including weekends and public holidays, with shifts from 8am–5pm, 4pm–1am, or 12am–9am.

• Mandatory proficiency in reading and typing in Turkish.
