Client Services Vet Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional telephone triage and general advice on pet health.

• Assist clients with inquiries and appointment scheduling.

• Provide support to Greencross clinics across the nation.

• Manage inquiries from the website and handle customer service requests.

• Help with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives.

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences while promoting positive outcomes for patients.

• Offer leave coverage within the Client Services Team for the casual position.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in veterinary nursing is necessary.

• Must possess clinical confidence and a passion for outstanding customer service.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Capable of making accurate and timely decisions during telephone triage.

• Familiarity with RxWorks is essential.

• Excellent attention to detail is required.

• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and procedures.

• Capability to work independently while staying connected and engaged with a remote team.

• Strong communication skills are a must.

• Availability for a casual role, including Saturdays.

• Must have a reliable internet connection, ergonomic workstation, and a quiet workspace.
