Client Services Manager – Part-Time, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of key client relationships

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses, goals, and priorities

• Establish trusted relationships with essential stakeholders

• Conduct regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients

• Convert technical recommendations into business terminology

• Assist clients in recognizing how marketing performance impacts commercial results

• Suggest priorities that align with business goals

• Encourage significant strategic discussions

• Create and uphold account growth strategies

• Identify opportunities for expansion within the portfolio

• Aid in contract renewals and commercial negotiations

• Track account health and proactively spot potential risks

• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance client value

• Organize cross-functional teams around client priorities

• Ensure specialists have the necessary context for effective delivery

• Eliminate obstacles and sustain momentum across projects

• Provide clear commercial guidance for each account

• Keep track of portfolio performance and forthcoming opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Client Partnerships within a digital agency

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of strategic clients

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication

• Awareness of commercial aspects and a curiosity for business

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to identify and cultivate client opportunities

• Excellent organizational and relationship management abilities

• Capability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholders

• Ability to independently navigate conversations with clients and internal teams

• Adaptability and the capacity to quickly familiarize oneself with new information
