This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.
• Oversee current Pharmacy Benefit Management clients
• Collaborate on a long-term account strategy for assigned clients
• Recognize upsell and growth opportunities and integrate them into annual strategic business plans
• Enhance client retention, align with corporate strategic objectives for the client base, and boost overall customer satisfaction
• Address customer concerns regarding contracts and reporting
• Collaborate with the Clinical Account Executive on clinical matters
• Guide, support, and mentor colleagues in Senior CSC and CSC roles
• Extract data from 3-D and other Navi-tools to present fact-based client reports, including Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports
• Work alongside the Clinical Account Executive on data, strategy, and the Navitus team's approach for meetings
• Formulate plans to address unmet performance guarantees and hold internal department debriefs
• Offer both basic and specialized training on client-facing platforms
• Assist in resolving escalated member and client issues
• Oversee client contract maintenance and performance
• Travel to client locations as necessary
• Mentor employees at the coordinator level
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working directly with diverse complex clients, ideally within the healthcare sector
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the pharmacy benefit management or healthcare industry is preferred
• Ability to think strategically and develop effective business plans
• Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks to fulfill client requirements
• Strong team-oriented mindset, dedication to sales and client service, and a desire to achieve success
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet objectives
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with PC applications, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet
• Valid state driver's license and current automobile insurance policy required
