This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Enhance customer relationships with designated clients and facilitate connections between internal and external teams.
• Oversee assigned projects and client accounts, managing client relations and brand representation.
• Coordinate digital and interactive content while collaborating with content experts to ensure scientific accuracy.
• Meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Prepare and present client presentations that highlight featured content.
• Lead long-term account planning, timelines, quality assurance, SOP development and compliance, as well as budget oversight.
• Monitor projects to ensure alignment with client strategy and execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members when necessary.
• Organize and participate in relevant internal meetings.
• Guarantee prompt, high-quality communications and deliverables, including comprehensive hand-offs to internal project teams.
• Follow SOPs and ensure internal project team compliance with PIT Crew, Basecamp, CCR, Good to Go, and Weekly client update meetings SOPs.
• Cultivate and maintain a working knowledge of managed products and related disease areas.
• Assist in client pitches, presentations, and performance metrics.
• Manage faculty recruitment, engagement, and client relations.
• Maintain consistent client communication and ensure that expectations are fulfilled.
• Plan and lead client update meetings, including developing agendas and summaries.
• Compile client feedback for implementation by the project team.
• Collaborate with Scientific Services, Interactive/Graphics, and Marketing departments.
• Track and report on opportunities, milestones, and support needs.
• Establish professional relationships with client stakeholders and understand brand/team outcomes.
• Ensure that Simpson’s brand is consistently represented and promoted throughout client interactions and deliverables.
• Support sustainable service levels and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide data, decisions, and service delivery that contribute to client, project, and community success.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role is preferred.
• Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Business, or Science.
• Proficiency in using Veeva is highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with Basecamp or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building and nurturing client and internal relationships.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Capability to leverage internal and external relationships for the benefit of the project, client, and Simpson.
• Effective and persuasive speaker and writer, able to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• A collaborative team player with a strong drive and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel to meet with stakeholders as needed, up to 25% of the time.
• Must reside in the same country where the job is located to qualify for the remote position.
