Client Services Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients requiring COA licensing and translation services.

• Comprehend client needs and create precise proposals, timelines, and budgets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through consistent communication and support.

• Oversee requests from proposal to final delivery, including contracts, invoicing coordination, and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide licensing and translation services.

• Track project progress and guarantee that deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Engage in client meetings and internal project discussions.

• Assist in negotiations and discussions with clients as necessary.

• Keep accurate records and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

• Spot opportunities for process enhancement and assist with special projects as required.

• Aid clients in licensing and implementing Clinical Outcome Assessments in research studies and clinical practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in COA/eCOA licensing, translation, or linguistic validation projects is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in client services, project management, or another client-facing position.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

• Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
