Client Services Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee client relationships to guarantee exceptional service and delivery.

• Manage a portfolio of clients involving Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities.

• Execute daily operations and ensure timely reporting delivery.

• Handle deals autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Develop technical report specifications derived from indenture language.

• Establish payment calculations within internal systems.

• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral information.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate payments are processed and received.

• Conduct quality control reviews of reports for accuracy and timeliness.

• Execute portfolio compliance tests and trade testing on structured fixed income transactions.

• Regularly engage with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

• Contribute to new client proposals.

• Lead business-oriented projects.

• Handle tax elections, file for EINs, and monitor residual holder transfers.

• Interpret trust indentures related to reporting obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or in a similar field.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or commercial banking products and services.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and practices.

• Preferred experience with TranStar at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Proficient speaking and writing communication abilities.
