This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the main point of contact for sponsors and advisors for a designated group of recordkeeping-only plans.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
• Address phone calls, emails, and chats from plan sponsors and advisors.
• Serve as the go-to expert for inquiries related to payroll uploads.
• Request necessary information from plan sponsors and advisors for other departments.
• Acquire missing signatures for plan documents and amendments.
• Monitor and proactively communicate the requirements, deadlines, and filings for annual compliance projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in legislation/regulations.
• Prioritize, investigate, and resolve client inquiries related to technology, payroll, and plan issues.
• Coordinate with both internal and external partners to ensure operational compliance.
• Engage in ongoing training regarding retirement plans.
• Keep detailed documentation on client projects and responses within JULY’s software.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or retirement planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer service.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and see them through to completion.
• A genuine desire to serve clients and an empathetic approach to their needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Capability to articulate complex information in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Professional and succinct communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong skills in collaboration and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in managing challenging conversations in a constructive and professional way.
