This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide client service for daily record-keeping, administration, and management of an assigned portfolio.
• Foster revenue growth, enhance productivity, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Ensure plans are managed in accordance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations.
• Discuss compliance testing processes/results and necessary government filings.
• Ensure services align with EPIC RPS documented service standards by maintaining timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, and daily contacts.
• Oversee and manage daily reports.
• Record significant client communications.
• Offer internal and external project management support.
• Coordinate with operational teams to uphold record-keeping tasks for assigned plans.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Associate's degree and two (2) years of customer service experience, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) is preferred.
• Capability to read and interpret procedure manuals and technical documentation.
• Ability to compose routine correspondence.
• Proficient in effective communication with internal and external contacts.
• Capacity to work with concepts of probability and statistical inference.
• Skill to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world scenarios.
• Competence in resolving practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to develop software skills through internal training within a reasonable timeframe.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficient in effective communication with internal and/or external customers.
• Ability to remain stationary for 75% of the time or more.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lbs.
