Client Relationship Professional, Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries received via the expat software, website, phone, and email, ensuring responses within 48 business hours.

• Keep detailed records of all client inquiries in the expat software or other necessary systems.

• Assist clients in establishing accounts and virtual folders within the software platform.

• Manage client workflows and communications, encompassing inquiries, engagement signatures, tax document uploads, payment processing, and filing.

• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the process to guarantee a positive client experience.

• Follow up with clients post-initial inquiry to enhance conversion rates to paid clients.

• Offer administrative assistance to Expat Tax Advisors, which includes client communication, printing tax returns, maintaining records, and handling document processing and mailing to the IRS or other tax agencies.

• Collaborate with other Client Relationship Professionals and Expat Tax Advisors based in the US, Canada, and India.

• Capability to work independently with a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding critical thinking and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

• Proficiency in managing communications and workflows for multiple clients simultaneously.

• Adaptability to changing business needs and daily tasks.

• Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Suite applications, which may include virtual tools.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Confidence to recognize areas of uncertainty and ask questions to the team.

• Strong organizational abilities and follow-up skills to optimize the conversion from inquiries to highly satisfied paying clients.

• Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

• Experience in tax preparation (preferred).
