Client Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily client communications through email, phone, and virtual meetings.

• Facilitate and monitor inquiries related to loans and servicing requests from clients.

• Coordinate the collection of documents, which includes servicing records, loan documentation, and reporting materials.

• Collaborate across departments such as servicing operations, compliance, investor reporting, and other internal teams.

• Track and manage request pipelines to ensure that service level expectations are consistently met.

• Maintain precise records of client communications, requests, and resolutions.

• Proactively recognize potential client issues and strive for prompt resolution.

• Assist with various client relations initiatives and team projects.

• Contribute to process enhancements that improve client service and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage servicing or related mortgage operations roles.

• Strong comprehension of mortgage servicing processes, loan servicing data, and documentation requirements.

• Demonstrated experience in direct client interactions within a professional service or account support capacity.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple client requests at the same time.

• High attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and escalate issues as necessary.

• Previous experience in client relations, account management, or servicing support roles within the mortgage sector.

• Familiarity with servicing platforms such as MSP or similar systems.

• Experience in coordinating document fulfillment or requests for loan-level data.
