This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete process of origination, structuring, and finalization of enterprise AI transformation projects ranging from $10M to $50M+ within the Utilities, Power, and Energy sectors.
• Enhance Quantiphi’s presence in the Houston market.
• Provide strategic guidance to Houston-based CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, and COOs regarding AI-native operating models and their strategic roadmaps.
• Manage the full P&L for a rapidly growing sector portfolio.
• Foster account growth and transition AI pilot projects into comprehensive, multi-year strategic partnerships.
• Create go-to-market strategies aimed at regional power providers, independent power producers, and utility conglomerates.
• Lead and govern cross-functional teams consisting of AI architects, data scientists, and industry subject matter experts.
• Ensure the successful execution of significant AI deployments while overseeing commercial margins and client return on investment.
• Provide market insights to global engineering and product teams to influence the development of proprietary, vertical-specific AI solutions.
• 15+ years of experience in executive-level client leadership.
• Recent, verified experience as a Managing Director, Partner, or Senior Client Partner at a Tier-1 global management consultancy (MBB) or a prestigious technology services firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte).
• Proven history of independently originating, closing, and managing a yearly portfolio that exceeds $20M in sophisticated digital, data, and AI consulting services specifically within the Energy/Utilities sector.
• Active and highly monetizable network of C-suite and Board-level contacts throughout the Houston energy, power, and utilities landscape.
• In-depth understanding of grid modernization, distributed energy resources (DER) integration, regulatory frameworks (ERCOT, FERC), and the financial aspects of the energy transition.
• Strong strategic knowledge in Generative AI, machine learning, digital twins, computer vision, and data architectures.
• Skill in translating complex technical capabilities into persuasive C-level business cases and return on investment narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to design value-based pricing, outcome-based contracts, and collaborative intellectual property ventures.
• Experience in the Utilities, Power, and Energy sectors.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI architects, data scientists, and industry subject matter experts.
