Client Partner – Mid-Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, foster, and enhance relationships with existing clients who employ between 500 to 5,000 individuals.

• Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling various products and services.

• Manage and finalize contract renewals.

• Establish and sustain enduring relationships with key stakeholders in designated Major Market accounts.

• Work alongside clients to comprehend their business objectives and challenges, creating customized strategies.

• Evaluate account performance, monitor key metrics and customer feedback, and promote client retention.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to address client needs and deliverables.

• Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, pipeline expansion, and industry trends.

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure prompt solutions, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

• More than 3 years of experience in a Major Market setting is preferred.

• Proven history of successfully managing and expanding client accounts.

• Demonstrated capability to meet or surpass revenue objectives.

• Strong comprehension of Major Market client requirements and relevant industry market trends.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
