Client Manager – Transmission and Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the reliable point of contact for major clients, cultivating robust relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Direct client service initiatives, guaranteeing outstanding project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Identify growth opportunities by offering customized solutions and promoting additional services.

• Represent Olsson at industry conferences, highlighting our innovative capabilities.

• Collaborate with teams to effectively align strategies, resources, and client objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in client management, ideally within the engineering or energy industries.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of power delivery projects, including substations, transmission, or distribution systems.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, an associate degree or equivalent experience will also be considered.
