• Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout their healthcare journey.

• Coordinate appointments for both new and returning clients.

• Assist in the organization of recurring appointments and ensure continuity of care.

• Confirm insurance eligibility and authorization details.

• Gather and document essential intake and payment information.

• Follow up on missed appointments, incomplete documentation, and scheduling requirements.

• Maintain precise information within CRM and EHR systems.

• Communicate with clients and payer representatives in a professional and compassionate manner.

• Appropriately escalate concerns and work collaboratively with internal teams as necessary.

• Ensure efficient scheduling for clients while providing professional support.

• Organize and optimize provider schedules.

• Complete insurance and intake prerequisites prior to appointments.

• Maintain calm, professional, and solution-focused communication.

• Ensure documentation and system records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Candidates must reside within the United States.

• E-Verify participation is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or customer support is needed.

• Experience in behavioral health or medical office settings is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting is required.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace are mandatory.

• Must be comfortable learning and utilizing multiple software systems.

• Scheduled availability for daytime shifts is required.
