Client Experience Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to AveannaCare users, which includes participants, clients, caregivers, and reimbursement recipients.

• Facilitate the smooth operation of AveannaCare.

• Offer support to users via email, phone, computer, or face-to-face interactions.

• Manage and respond to incoming phone calls.

• Oversee and examine punch and attendance records within AveannaCare.

• Update and maintain employee and client service accounts in AveannaCare.

• Generate reports from AveannaCare and process data imports, including within a SQL reporting environment.

• Comply with payroll and billing deadlines and cutoffs.

• Follow up with regional centers, families, and caregivers.

• Complete Special Incident Reports and adhere to Regional Center protocols.

• Address payroll and punch-related issues or inquiries.

• Investigate, identify, and resolve AveannaCare-related challenges.

• Employ professional communication and conflict resolution strategies.

• Assess data issues, provide feedback and observations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Execute additional duties as assigned or required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, although not mandatory.

• At least one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the past four years.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.

• Strong analytical abilities and sound judgment.

• Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

• Capability to learn Aveanna’s proprietary software.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong organizational skills are essential.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
