• Engage with clients to comprehend their preferences, budgets, and travel objectives.

• Investigate destinations, suppliers, and current promotional offers.

• Create tailored itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group outings.

• Organize reservations for flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities.

• Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding schedules, documentation, and policies.

• Keep precise records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

• Oversee reservations and offer assistance with adjustments or support as required.

• Foster and sustain long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

• Engage in continuous training and professional growth.
