This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in formulating client strategies for Human Capital Risks, covering areas such as Human Capital strategy, Benefits, Compliance, Change Management, and Communications.

• Oversee the rhythm and overall experience of client service.

• Deliver exceptional service for a diverse portfolio of clients, varying in size, scope, and geographical reach.

• Attentively identify client requirements and assist with their daily needs.

• Address and resolve service-related issues involving clients and vendors on a day-to-day basis.

• Build relationships with client stakeholders, ranging from executive leadership to support personnel.

• Proactively manage client service plans and requirements.

• Ensure the team adheres to project timelines and establish clear expectations for deliverable deadlines.

• Assist in the renewal processes of employee benefits plans or vendor sourcing.

• Collect vendor and client information for RFP/sourcing purposes.

• Organize data for vendor submissions.

• Prepare and dispatch RFPs to vendors.

• Evaluate quotes for precision.

• Collaborate with the PE HCR team to develop client strategies.

• Prepare client deliverables and support the creation of communication strategies.

• Coordinate the implementation or continuation of benefit plans and contract modifications.

• Ensure adherence to client compliance requirements.

• Assist in refining and enhancing the client service experience, including processes, deliverables, and success definitions.

• Mentor and nurture the development of client service team members.

• Support opportunities for business development.

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client demands in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to collaborate in a team setting.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with transparent health benefit strategies.

• Understanding of alternative funding mechanisms, including level funding and self-funding.

• Knowledge of self-funding medical/Rx programs, including stop-loss marketing.

• Insight into best-in-class PBM contract terms.

• Awareness of advanced cost containment strategies such as reference-based reimbursement and direct contracting.
