This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform incoming inquiries into scheduled appointments utilizing consultative sales techniques.
• Quickly establish trust by comprehending each prospective client's distinct needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Assist prospective clients through the decision-making journey by employing empathy, active listening, and solution-focused discussions.
• Articulate the value of Thriveworks' mental health services effectively.
• Request commitment and confidently finalize enrollment opportunities.
• Apply proven sales strategies to address objections while maintaining a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• Suggest alternative providers, appointment options, or services when the client's preferred choice is not available.
• Optimize conversion opportunities while ensuring that every client has an outstanding experience.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales and quality benchmarks, including conversion rate, intakes, appointment show rate, revenue contribution, quality assurance, scheduled adherence, and productivity.
• Sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of success in a high-volume sales setting, ideally in inside sales, phone sales, healthcare, digital health, or a comparable industry.
• Established ability to influence, persuade, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
• Strong customer service and call center experience is essential.
• Background in mental health or healthcare is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to communicate professionally and empathetically with a diverse clientele.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and navigate various systems while actively engaging with clients.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
• Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organization and shifting business needs.
• Must have a designated, quiet workspace that ensures client confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and capability to meet the technological requirements of a remote call center environment.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
• $0–$20,000+ in annual commission based on individual performance and achievement of established goals.
