Client Delivery Leader – RPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement services to enhance client retention and success.

• Oversee teams of recruiters, phone interviewers, and administrative personnel to fulfill client requirements.

• Create and execute recruitment strategies aimed at client outcomes, talent acquisition, process optimization, and retention.

• Develop and drive initiatives to achieve account and organizational objectives.

• Manage and document process alterations requested by clients and relay them to the team.

• Design or suggest new or revised processes and team structures.

• Anticipate and mitigate partnership risks.

• Prepare for and engage in project evaluations with clients and senior management.

• Conduct regular status meetings with clients.

• Generate and present reports for clients and management.

• Oversee recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.

• Manage daily team performance in alignment with goals and objectives.

• Interview, hire, mentor, manage, and develop team members; plan, delegate, and guide work.

• Lead team meetings and collaborate with leadership during business reviews.

• Define and convey individual and team performance metrics.

• Manage programs, events, and campaigns to cultivate candidate pipelines and enhance recruiting strategies.

• Act as the primary escalation point for client and recruiter inquiries; escalate as necessary.

• Provide expertise on technological systems and tools.

• Relay pertinent project information to leadership.

• Address and resolve issues promptly.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least five years of results-driven leadership experience in recruitment.

• Strong grasp of the complete recruitment process.

• Excellent judgment, data management, and reporting skills.

• Capability to manage complex information and client requests.

• Prior supervisory experience is mandatory.

• Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition role, whether in-house or within an RPO setting.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
