Client-Dedicated Meeting Air Coordinator – Group Air

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Arrange and/or reserve airline bookings for participants in client programs.

• Offer insights on BCD services and assess meeting requests.

• Provide assistance to event managers and Meeting Planners.

• Aid in the successful execution of meetings and events.

• Act as the primary operations-team liaison for participant services related to events.

• Assist with online registration through CVENT and facilitate online bookings via Concur.

• Utilize BCD tools, GDS, and systems to fulfill requests.

• Implement airline supplier regulations, including client or BCD airline agreements.

• Complete designated tasks within SLAs for the assigned accounts.

• Adhere to customer budgetary constraints and notify the Attendee Services Coordinator of any concerns.

• Provide travel offers and general travel recommendations.

• Revise Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a travel agency with knowledge of GDS Sabre.

• Background in coordinating meeting air travel.

• Preference for experience in a collaborative team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Exceptional professional customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with database systems is advantageous.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business needs.
