This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Manage cases through CMS and client portals, which includes entering, reviewing, and verifying eligibility and case details.

• Accurately prepare, enter, track, and maintain data.

• Obtain medical records from external sources and upload them into internal databases.

• Assess documentation for completeness and precision.

• Address client emails concerning case status, reports, concerns, and general queries.

• Liaise with providers, physicians, and clinicians to allocate cases and update records.

• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams regarding pending reports and case developments.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.

• Utilize various systems and databases to enter, retrieve, and manage case information.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in patient access, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• Proficient data entry and computer skills.

• Competence in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Exceptional written communication and professional email etiquette.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and swiftly adapt to changing priorities.

• Capability to follow instructions and quickly learn new systems.

• Comfortable working independently and performing repetitive tasks.

• Experience in reviewing eligibility is preferred.

• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience with Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) is preferred.

• Experience in reviewing contracts, legal documents, or medical records is preferred.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

• A private, distraction-free workspace is required.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.

• Must comply with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
