Client Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete artwork process for printed packaging, from initial briefing to final approval.

• Manage updates to artwork for new product introductions, packaging modifications, regulatory changes, and business continuity efforts.

• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams to gather necessary inputs and obtain approvals.

• Work alongside repro agencies, packaging suppliers, and printers to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and readiness for print.

• Review and proof artwork files to ensure compliance, consistency, and precision.

• Monitor timelines and proactively manage deadlines to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Maintain version control, documentation, and records of approvals for traceability purposes.

• Assist in harmonization and optimization initiatives across various markets.

• Update artwork status in internal systems such as SAP or artwork management platforms.

• Resolve artwork or production issues to safeguard launch timelines and uphold quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in artwork coordination, packaging production, or prepress, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or regulated sectors.

• Deep understanding of printed packaging processes and preparation of print-ready files.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

• Knowledge of printing technologies, packaging materials, and artwork workflows.

• Familiarity with artwork management tools and Adobe-based environments is advantageous.

• Experience with compliance-driven packaging is a plus.

• Proficient in both English and Italian.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.

• Highly organized, structured, and methodical in approach to tasks.

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

• Comfortable in an international, cross-functional working environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
