Client Consultation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct consultations with potential clients in Criminal Defense and Family Law via phone.

• Evaluate the legal needs of prospective clients to determine if Price Benowitz is the suitable choice.

• Articulate the firm’s services and assist clients throughout the engagement process.

• Connect prospective clients with the right attorney based on their specific legal issues.

• Draft and finalize retainer agreements.

• Keep precise consultation notes in the firm’s CRM and case management systems.

• Adhere to established consultation workflows while providing an outstanding client experience.

• Work alongside the Intake and Marketing teams to enhance client acquisition and conversion strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Maryland Bar license in good standing (mandatory).

• Previous experience in Criminal Defense is required.

• Familiarity with Family Law is highly preferred.

• Experience in conducting legal consultations or working within a law firm intake environment is highly desirable.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Capacity to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and assurance.

• Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency with CRM and case management software.

• Experience in sales, client intake, or customer service is a considerable advantage.
