Client Care Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Collette customers in both inbound and outbound telephone interactions.

• Provide support to the sales team and product line within the Retail division of the Client Care Center.

• Manage inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate team.

• Inform customers about Collette's product offerings and travel benefits.

• Create and confirm tour packages using the internal reservation system.

• Articulate offers and upgrades related to tour components.

• Review and finalize Retail booking notes that require action from the Client Care Center.

• Address tour modifications, flight schedule alterations, re-booking needs, additional information requests, and follow-up notes.

• Achieve and surpass qualitative and quantitative performance targets and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a Call Center and/or the travel industry is advantageous.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Capability to organize and prioritize daily tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is preferred.

• Ability to interact with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism continuously.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with all team members.

• A mindset of curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

• Willingness to explore and utilize AI and other emerging technologies.

• Availability to work nights and weekends.

• Some level of higher education is preferred, but not mandatory.
