Client Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate discussions with prospective clients and address incoming inquiries.

• Comprehend each client's distinct objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes.

• Propose customized financial solutions based on client feedback and available information.

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, product selection, and service implementation.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Share insights and client feedback with internal teams to contribute to the improvement of offerings.

• High school diploma or a college degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote setting.

• Proactive, self-driven, and adept at working independently.

• Experience in client service, account management, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
