Clearing Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily clearing and custody operations, encompassing digital asset transactions, wallet management, liquidity oversight, and fund transfers

• Provide support for staking initiatives and various digital asset operational tasks

• Aid in the reconciliation processes for both crypto and fiat

• Investigate inconsistencies and help resolve operational issues

• Oversee daily operations, pinpoint potential issues, and escalate as necessary

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory controls

• Work collaboratively with teams in Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Technology

• Keep precise operational records

• Assist with reporting and audit obligations

• Contribute towards continuous process enhancements

• Report directly to the Head of Exchange Operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, clearing, settlement, custody, or digital asset operations

• Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange setting is strongly preferred

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset transactions, and on-chain fund transfers

• Familiarity with digital asset custody, wallet management, and associated operational procedures

• Experience in financial or operational reconciliation, particularly with digital asset or fiat reconciliation, is advantageous

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency staking and its related operational processes is beneficial

• Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adept problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Willingness to support time-sensitive operations outside of normal business hours when required

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
