Claims Resolution Adjuster II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Investigate vehicle accidents involving one or more cars that result in property damage and/or personal injuries.

• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages.

• Offer customer support throughout the claims process.

• Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, text messages, and occasionally video chats.

• Negotiate fair settlements for injuries with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.

• Conduct thorough damage assessments and interpret policies to ascertain coverage.

• Customize claim handling according to customer communication preferences and provide updates on claim progress.

• Implement strategies in challenging and complex situations.

• Utilize estimating tools, job aids, and settlement platforms.

• Employ critical thinking skills to resolve claims effectively.

• Adhere to relevant policies and maintain comprehensive records in the claims system.

• Complete accurate and timely claim documentation.

• Work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential rotation for Saturday duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of claims adjusting experience with a focus on determining liability.

• Preferred experience in claims investigation and negotiation.

• Familiarity with liability investigations, coverage assessments, property damage coverage, inspection methods, rentals, and liability resolution is a plus.

• Excellent phone communication skills, capable of building rapport and accurately assessing claims.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in evaluating and negotiating injury claims effectively.

• Candidates must reside in either the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

• This position is not available to residents of California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

• A dedicated private workspace that is free from distractions is required.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.

• An appropriate work surface and seating arrangement are essential.

• Regular and reliable attendance is mandatory.

• Compliance with licensing requirements is necessary if required, including completion within 60 days of hire.

• A background investigation is mandatory.

• Current license holders must terminate existing insurance appointments and refrain from holding outside appointments during employment.

• Employees are expected to be on camera and actively participate during online meetings and training sessions.
