Claims Advisor, Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze insurance policies and coverage details.

• Examine intricate automobile claims, which may include impaired, unlisted operators, and non-drivable incidents.

• Assess coverage and determine liability for claims.

• Resolve claims in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with clients, towing and repair vendors, other insurance firms, and law enforcement agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.

• Prior experience as an auto adjuster is preferred.

• Ability to comprehend and interpret insurance policies.

• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficient in keyboarding and possess computer skills.

• Must be enrolled or willing to pursue a CIP designation.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, based on departmental requirements.
