Claim Specialist – Auto Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Review and assess injury claims to establish coverage, liability, and damages.

• Conduct comprehensive investigations by collecting pertinent information, interviewing involved individuals, and examining supporting documents.

• Analyze medical records, police reports, and related materials to evaluate injuries and determine liability.

• Negotiate settlements with claimants within the stipulated policy limits.

• Document claim activities, keep precise records, and prepare necessary reports.

• Collaborate with legal, medical, and risk assessment teams.

• Manage bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured, and property damage claims related to injuries.

• Address lawsuits and/or demands, working alongside attorneys.

• Deliver exceptional service and assist customers throughout the claims process.

• Occasionally engage in challenging and emotional investigations involving traumatic injuries and loss of life.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Must reside within 50 miles of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
