Claim Advisor – Auto Total Loss

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and research to assess the value of vehicles using various methodologies.

• Review and evaluate documents from both internal and external sources related to the vehicle and insured evaluation process.

• Comply with and uphold departmental standards and/or key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders.

• Ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.

• Execute additional tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a position related to auto insurance.

• Currently enrolled in, or willing to pursue, a CIP designation.

• Familiarity with auto terminology, the car market, and auto estimates.

• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.

• Experience with total loss situations is considered advantageous.

• Completion of ICAR courses is regarded as a benefit.
