Claim Advisor – Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze insurance policies and their respective coverages.

• Examine intricate automobile claims, including those involving impaired operators, unlisted drivers, or non-drivable vehicles, to assess coverage and liability.

• Resolve claims in alignment with the organization's policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with clients, service providers like towing companies and repair facilities, fellow insurance firms, and law enforcement agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both French and English.

• At least a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Possess an Adjusting License Level 1 or its equivalent.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in managing complex automobile claims is essential.

• Familiarity with understanding and interpreting insurance policies.

• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong keyboard skills and computer proficiency.

• Currently enrolled in (or willing to pursue) a CIP designation (preferred qualification).
