Civil Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage civil litigation cases within applicable practice areas

• Perform legal research and drafting

• Develop and deliver compelling arguments

• Engage in client-facing communications

• Represent at hearings, depositions, and trials

• Oversee assignments with minimal oversight

• Collaborate in a national and local comprehensive law firm setting

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ relevant experience

• Background in handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, or Insurance Defense cases

• Residency in Delaware is required

• Must be licensed to practice in Delaware

• Exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive communication abilities

• Strong educational background

• Demonstrated research capabilities

• Self-motivated individual who can manage tasks with little supervision

• Team-oriented and driven

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Submission of a cover letter, resume, and writing sample is necessary for consideration
